Cleaning help for my first rental

I started hosting my first short-term rental this summer. It's a small lake cabin I got from my uncle and the guests seem happy so far. (Thank God!) The hard part has been finding good cleaners. I've had to change teams twice and the prices are very different. For a 2-bedroom, 1-bath, I've paid between $60 and $130 each time. Just wondering what others pay and how you find cleaners who stay. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

For a cabin with two beds and one bath, you're usually looking at around $60 to $130. If you want to find good cleaners, ask around locally or check sites like TaskRabbit or Angie's List. To keep them around, pay well and maybe offer some perks if they stick with you.
