Around late 2019, my friends and I were into house hacking in Utah. This sparked my interest in real estate and led me to get my license. Luckily, my friends and I have complementary backgrounds so we eventually got into developing live-work projects. We started a syndication to redevelop an old commercial spot, and after a nearly three-year learning curve, especially with all the permits, we're finally breaking ground on 20+ mixed-use units. We're excited about the potential for some of these units to eventually become great short-term rentals down the line!
