Flipping the rental places

I have a few properties and some assets laying around and I was thinking of getting a few more properties and flip them. Naturally I'd go for those that I can get for cheap, fix them up and sell them. To be far, I can even sell one of the apartments I already have and get two cheap ones and work with those. Is this something worth considering or should I stick to rentals?

What kind of properties are you seeing in your area that look like good flip opportunities right now?

I'm thinking smaller apartments or maybe some older houses. Essentially, I'm looking for something that's cheap enough for me to afford and then flip, at least for the time being until I see if I manage to make some profits from this

Flipping can be a great way to make money fast if you find good deals and control rehab costss. Selling one apartment to buy 2 cheaper ones to flip makes sense if you want to stay active and hands-on. Just keep in mind flipping is riskier and more work than rentals, which give steady income and long term growth. It really boils down to how much time and risk you're comfortable with
